City Museum

Precious testimonies to Freising’s history, from the Neolithic Age to the present

The City Museum and collection of the Historischer Verein is currently temporarily closed due to the overall renovation of the Asamgebäude. It is bridging the period of closure by arranging presentations, talks, tours and publications at various locations. A 360° panoramic video allows you to stroll through the small museum as it was from 2007 to 2012 in the Asamgebäude and investigate its much-acclaimed exhibitions. Reopening in summer 2024.
